Members-only Earlybird Rate (until May 2, 2005): $419 + GST
Non-members/Regular Rate: $499 + GST

With the exception of the Friday dinner on Sulphur Mountain, all convention events will be at the host hotel, The Banff Park Lodge. For some nights of the convention, The Banff Park Lodge is fully booked. Banff National Park is located in the province of Alberta in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It is situated 128 km (80 miles) west of Calgary, 401 km (250 miles) southwest of Edmonton and 850 km (500 mi) northeast of Vancouver.

Delegates arriving at Calgary International Airport may choose to get to Banff via airport bus shuttle or car rental. All visitors must pay a park entrance fee, which may or may not be included in the airport shuttle fare.
